Marketing Manager + Public Relations
As a Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Thai Premium Restaurant, I was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer traffic, and enhance customer engagement. I also collaborated with the management team to create marketing plans that aligned with the restaurant's goals and objectives.
In this role, I conducted market research and analyzed customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth. I utilized social media platforms and other digital marketing channels such as Google and Google maps to promote the restaurant and its menu offerings, while also creating traditional marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, web advertisements and newsletters.
My role also involved managing the restaurant's public relations efforts, including creating and distributing press releases, maintaining relationships with media outlets, and coordinating events and promotions to generate positive coverage for the restaurant.
I worked closely with the marketing staff and the restaurant staff to ensure a consistent brand image and messaging across all channels.
